Vietnamese Customer Visits CHINA ISUZU for Product and Service Training

CHINA ISUZU hosted a Vietnamese customer for a product and service learning visit at ISUZUCN. The customer wanted a closer understanding of vehicle construction, key specifications and the support required to operate a commercial fleet confidently.

The training covered product selection, chassis features and routine maintenance considerations. By connecting catalogue information with actual vehicle structure, the customer could better explain the differences between models to local drivers and fleet users.

The visit also strengthened communication between the customer and the export team. Clear technical knowledge makes it easier to handle future questions about parts, maintenance and vehicle configuration after the trucks are delivered to Vietnam.
