Website and inquiry use
This website provides information about ISUZUCN and its export offering and allows you to request specifications and submit genuine business inquiries. You agree to provide accurate company, contact, configuration and destination information and to use the website lawfully.
Descriptions, images, specifications, equipment lists and performance figures on this website are for preliminary reference only. Final specifications depend on the confirmed configuration, production year, applicable market requirements and the signed commercial documents.
All content on this website (text, images, videos, logos and design) is the property of ISUZUCN or its licensors and may not be reproduced or redistributed without prior written consent.
Quotations and orders
A website inquiry or quotation is not an acceptance of an order. Prices, availability, lead times, freight, insurance, taxes, duties and other charges are confirmed separately for each requested vehicle configuration and destination.
A binding transaction begins only when both parties approve the final specification and sign, or otherwise formally accept, the applicable sales contract, pro forma invoice or order confirmation.
Production or allocation begins only after the agreed commercial conditions and required deposit or payment arrangements have been satisfied.
Specifications, inspection and import compliance
Vehicles may be supplied with left-hand or right-hand drive, emissions equipment, bodywork, tyres and optional equipment according to the confirmed order.
The buyer is responsible for confirming, before placing an order, that the vehicle and configuration satisfy local registration, roadworthiness, emissions, import, homologation, operating and driver-licensing requirements of the destination country.
Pre-shipment inspection, factory photographs, video inspection or third-party inspection may be arranged when agreed in writing. Inspection does not replace the buyer's responsibility to review and approve the final specification.
Vehicles are supplied for commercial export use. Buyers must not use vehicles, parts or documentation in any way that breaches export-control or sanctions laws, and must provide truthful end-user and end-use information when requested.
Shipping, documents and delivery
Delivery estimates are indicative unless a signed contract states otherwise. Vessel schedules, port congestion, customs procedures, weather, carrier changes and other events outside our reasonable control may affect timing.
The applicable Incoterms, destination port, export documents, insurance responsibility, customs clearance, import duties and local charges are defined in the final commercial documents. The buyer is responsible for destination-country import compliance unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Please refer to the separate Delivery Policy on this website for details of CBU/SKD/CKD delivery modes, documentation and acceptance.
Payment and cancellation
Payment timing, currency, bank details, deposits, balance payments and bank charges are governed by the signed quotation, pro forma invoice or sales contract. Buyers should verify payment instructions through an established company contact before sending funds.
Cancellation, amendment, storage, demurrage and refund consequences depend on vehicle status, customised production, shipping status and the signed commercial documents. Any such arrangement must be confirmed in writing.
Warranty and after-sales support
Any warranty or technical support is governed by the warranty terms and commercial documents supplied with the vehicle. Coverage may vary by model, component, market, maintenance history and operating conditions; use of non-genuine parts or unauthorised modification may affect warranty.
The buyer must follow the maintenance, operating and safety instructions provided with the vehicle and use suitable parts, fluids and service procedures.
Export compliance and sanctions
ISUZUCN complies with applicable Chinese export regulations and international trade rules. We reserve the right to decline, suspend or cancel any order or request that may breach export-control or sanctions requirements, or where the buyer cannot provide reliable end-user/end-use information.
Buyers agree not to re-export or divert vehicles, parts or technical documentation to sanctioned persons, countries, territories or prohibited end-uses.
Liability and governing terms
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISUZUCN is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by delays, misuse, unauthorised modification, failure to comply with local law, inaccurate buyer information or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These website terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this website shall first be settled by negotiation; failing settlement within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules, with the seat of arbitration in Chongqing, PRC.
The final sales contract controls the applicable commercial terms, delivery terms, governing law and dispute resolution for a specific transaction. If any provision of these terms conflicts with a signed contract, the signed contract prevails for that transaction.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These terms form the entire agreement regarding the use of this website and may be updated from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The English version of these terms is the governing text; other language versions are provided for convenience.
